Setting Up Social Media

In this video we will run through setting up each of our main Social Media accounts including setting up your church Facebook Page, a Twitter account and an Instagram account. We will also learn how to connect the three as well as talk a little about Social Media strategy.

Facebook

• https://www.facebook.com
• Create an account if you don't already have one
• Create a Page
  • Add Images
  • Fill in ALL of the Information that you possibly can.
    • Facebook is EXTREMELY picky about missing information.
• Invite everyone to like your new page
• We'll get into Strategies on advertising and getting the word out later on.
• We'll also get into Facebook Groups in the Communications Video

Twitter

• https://www.twitter.com
• Create an account for your church
• Connect to your Facebook Account
  • Go to your Settings menu's Apps tab.
  • Click Connect to Facebook.

Instagram

• https://www.instagram.com
• Create a church account (Don't log in w/ Facebook, because that is your personal account)
